Area Square Feet is the dream project of Mehul Vyas, a visionary entrepreneur with deep roots in the real estate and digital space. Back in 2005, he launched OnlineAhmedabad.com, one of the first property listing websites in Ahmedabad. Though the platform saw early success, it was eventually discontinued due to market challenges.
During the COVID-19 lockdown, Mehul reignited his passion to create a smarter, more transparent property platform—one that combines real estate insights with digital innovation. Today, Area Square Feet has successfully entered Phase 2, with upcoming extensions like Area Sq.Mt, ArchSaga, and other unique platforms launching soon. His journey reflects resilience, learning, and a strong commitment to transforming the Indian real estate landscape.

Upendra Patel has played a pivotal role in bringing Area Square Feet to life. During the early planning stages, the team connected with several IT companies to develop the platform. While many showed interest, few truly understood the depth and unique vision required for a project of this scale. After nearly 1.5 years of failed attempts, Upendra was introduced to the team through a mutual friend.
From the very first discussion, he immediately embraced the vision and accepted the challenge. He began development in February 2025, and by 19th March 2025, Phase 1 and 2 of Area Square Feet were successfully launched. His dedication, speed, and strategic understanding turned this long-standing dream into reality.
