Services Covered

This policy applies to

Paid Property Listings (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months)
Paid Advertisements (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months Online & Offline)

Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to

Users may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase without any conditions.
After 24 hours, cancellation is subject to approval and may not be eligible for a refund if services have been initiated or published.
Cancellations are not accepted once a listing or advertisement is approved and published by the site admin.

Refund Policy

This policy applies to

Full refunds are processed for cancellations made within 24 hours. A 4% platform processing fee will be deducted.
Refunds are only processed in cases of technical errors or failed services.
Refunds may take 7 to 10 working days to reflect in your bank account.
No refunds will be granted if:
1. The listing or advertisement is already published.
2. The site admin has already approved the service.

Non-Refundable Cases

This policy applies to

Approved and published featured listings or ads.
Refund requests after 24 hours without a valid technical issue.

Transaction Date and Time
Location of the Listing or Ad
Screenshot of the Technical Issue (if applicable)
Bank Statement Highlighting Transaction (in case payment is deducted)
